Participation Terms

Organizational fee:

- For universities and research institutes of Kyrgyzstan: 5,000 soms;

- For foreign universities and research institutes: 10,000 soms;

- For commercial and manufacturing companies: 15,000 soms.

The organizational fee:

• Forum handouts;
• Publication of articles and reports in journals;
• Lunch and dinner on the first day of the forum.
• Participation is free for partner-sponsors.

Payment procedure:

The registration fee is transferred to the bank account of KSTU named after I. Razzakov with the following information:

"Organizational fee for participation in the IMF-2025".

Accommodation and meals are paid for by the participants themselves.

Helpful tips:

• The currency is the Kyrgyz som (KGS). Taxis and public transport accept cash.
• The internet works well, you can use a local SIM card or roaming.

Accommodation: For your convenience, we have prepared a list of proven and comfortable hotels located near the event venue. All options offer comfortable accommodation, good service and are easily accessible by transport.

Good to know:

• Reservations: We recommend booking in advance.
• Transfer: Many hotels offer transfer from Manas Airport upon request.
• Payment: Most hotels accept credit cards, but check the terms when booking.
• Language : Staff often speak Russian and English.

Visa Information: Foreign citizens may require a visa to enter the Kyrgyz Republic. Please check the visa requirements for your country in advance.

If an official invitation is required to obtain a visa:

• We provide official invitation letters to confirm the purpose of the trip.
• To receive an invitation, please send a request to the Secretariat forum  miningforum@kstu.kg indicating:
• Full name (as in passport)
• Citizenship
• Passport numbers
• Dates of planned stay
• Name of your organization/company (if applicable)

The invitation processing period is up to 5 working days.

Please submit your application in advance.

The processing time for visa applications depends on the country of application and the workload of the consulate.

We cannot guarantee that you will receive a visa, but we will do our best to provide the necessary documents.
