Project Manager Reporting

Each project leader is required to complete the established reporting form, providing up-to-date information on their project, including:

  • project title and funding source;
  • implementation period;
  • project team composition;
  • achieved results and interim performance indicators;
  • publications and reporting materials;
  • information on partners and international cooperation (if applicable);
  • financial and organizational aspects of project implementation.

Maintaining this reporting system ensures transparency of project activities, monitoring of timelines and results, and the formation of a consolidated database on the University’s research and grant activities.

Timely and accurate submission of information is a mandatory requirement for effective project management and further development of international and scientific cooperation.
