Research Work:

  • Member of the dissertation council for doctoral and candidate dissertations.
  • In 2008, he was elected a Corresponding Member of the A. Einstein International Academy of Power Engineering.
  • His research interests include "Theoretical and Experimental Studies of Mechanization for Efficient Road Construction in High Altitude Conditions" and "Improving Road Safety in Bishkek and the Kyrgyz Republic."
  • Since 2004, he has been the head of state-funded research and development (S&D) into the development and creation of new equipment with a transformable working element for the maintenance, construction, and repair of mountain roads. This project has utilized approximately 5.0 million soms. In 2007, he served as an expert on the ARIS project entitled "Operation and Maintenance of Specialized Equipment for Mechanical Engineers and Driver-Operators of Water Utilities and Public Utilities in Small Towns of the Kyrgyz Republic."
  • The main results of the research and development work have been implemented in production. For example, a full-scale experimental prototype of a bulldozer with a controlled blade successfully operates in the production conditions of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Kyrgyz Republic's PMK (2002), and a research and experimental prototype of an attachment for the intensified preparation of mixtures on road surfaces was implemented at the Sosnovka MIS (1989).
  • He supervises postgraduate and master's students, and teaches lecture courses on the subjects "Mechanization for Road Repair and Maintenance," "Road Accident Examination," "Road Conditions and Traffic Safety," "Fundamentals of Traffic Flow Theory," "Fundamentals of Scientific Research," and others.
  • He has published 121 scientific and methodological papers, including 17 Kyrgyz Republic patents for inventions and USSR inventor's certificates, two Eurasian Patent Office patents, and 83 scientific papers, including two Scopus publications, 31 RSCI publications, 31 RSCI citations, and two RSCI h-indexes.
