On January 21, 2026, a scientific seminar was held at the Department of Industrial Safety and Geoecology of the Kyrgyz Mining Institute named after Academician U. Asanaliev, Kyrgyz State Technical University named after I. Razzakov. The report entitled “Certification of Specialists of Organizations in the Field of Industrial Safety” was delivered by a lecturer of the Department of Industrial Safety, N.K.Zh.

The seminar was attended by faculty members and students of the Kyrgyz Mining Institute named after Academician U. Asanaliev. During the presentation, the speaker familiarized the participants with the main requirements and specific features of the certification process at industrial enterprises in the field of industrial safety, and provided detailed information on its types, validity periods, forms, and procedures. It was also noted that managers and engineering and technical personnel of industrial enterprises are subject to mandatory certification.

The presentation aroused keen interest among students, and during the discussion, questions were raised regarding the procedure and conditions for undergoing certification.

On November 12, 2025, at 1:00 p.m., a Round Table dedicated to the Day of Science will be held at the Kyrgyz Mining and Metallurgical Institute named after Academician U. Asanaliev, KSTU named after I. Razzakov, in room 12/205.
