In 1995, she graduated from I. Arabayev Kyrgyz State Pedagogical University with a degree in “Physics with an additional specialization in Informatics and Computer Engineering”, and was awarded the qualification of Teacher.
Diploma: AV No. 02549 dated June 04, 1995, Bishkek.Candidate of Physical and Mathematical Sciences since 2022.
She defended her dissertation entitled “Digital Holographic Interferometry of Phase Media” in the specialty 01.04.05 – Optics on October 21, 2021, at a meeting of the Dissertation Council D01.21.633 at the Institute of Physics named after Academician Zh. Zheenbaev of the National Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University named after B. Yeltsin (Protocol No. 2 dated 21.10.2021), Bishkek.
The academic degree of Candidate of Sciences was approved by the National Attestation Commission of the Kyrgyz Republic on January 27, 2022 (Protocol No. 1k-1/2).

The academic title of Associate Professor (Docent) was awarded by the National Attestation Commission under the President of the Kyrgyz Republic on October 02, 2025, in the specialty “Informatics, Computer Engineering and Control” (Protocol No. 7dc-2/39), Bishkek.

Optical Systems and Networks.She supervises bachelor’s graduation qualification works and master’s theses. During her years of work as an associate professor, she has fully completed teaching, educational-methodological, and research activities in accordance with her individual work plan.
She participates as a researcher in state-funded and contract-based research projects. Tynysheva T.D. annually presents reports at scientific and technical conferences (VII–XIV International Conferences on Photonics and Information Optics, 2018–2025).
She has completed advanced training courses:
– “Teacher in the Field of Artificial Intelligence” (2022), Saint Petersburg;
– “Computationally Secure and Reliable Methods of Data Storage in Virtual Environments” (2023), Stavropol;
– “IT in Education” (2023), Bishkek;
and participated in the scientific-practical conference “Current State of Information Security in the Kyrgyz Republic.”

She has about 30 scientific publications in total, including 4 articles published in journals indexed in Web of Science and Scopus, as well as more than 5 educational and methodological works.
