Project Activities of the Department of Food Science and Technology
The Department actively carries out project work in the field of innovative food raw material processing technologies, quality and safety assurance, development of functional foods, and digitalization of food production.
Students and faculty participate in international and national projects, including Erasmus+, joint research with partners from Russia, Kazakhstan and other countries, as well as contract-based work with food industry enterprises in Kyrgyzstan.

Technologies for processing milk, meat and plant raw materials
Development of functional and specialized food products
Food quality and safety control
Digital solutions for food enterprises

Project activities are fully integrated into the educational process: students carry out real-world course and diploma projects, take part in hackathons, competitions and startup initiatives.
