On February 27, 2024, at the departments of “Organization of Transportation and Transport Management” a round table was held on the topic: “Improving the quality of training of bachelors and masters in the direction 670300 “Technology of Transport Processes” and Making changes and additions to the Main edicational program of Higher Professional Education for the preparation of bachelors and masters in the direction 670300 “ Technology of transport processes" At the end of the round table, the participants adopted a resolution as follows: 1. “Improving the quality of training of bachelors and masters in the direction 670300 “Technology of transport processes.” 2. Introducing changes and additions to the educational program of higher professional education for the preparation of bachelors and masters in the direction 670300 “Technology of transport processes”, a resolution was adopted: 1. Higher educational institutions and employers are faced with the task of developing effective methods of interaction in order to maximize the involvement of advanced practices and innovative technologies in the educational process. 2. Intensify work to introduce information technology into the educational process and improve the quality of educational programs being implemented. 3. Continue joint work on the creation of educational and methodological materials (textbooks, teaching aids, guidelines for practice, etc.) for educational programs being implemented, taking into account the labor market. 4. Create conditions for constructive interaction between employers and higher educational institutions in order to optimize the educational process, taking into account the requirements for professional competencies and labor functions in the process of training highly qualified personnel. 5. Continue work to update the content and improve the quality of educational programs being implemented.

Razzakov, development of educational standards and Main edicational program of Higher Professional Education for the preparation of bachelors and masters in areas 670300 “Technology of transport processes”, 670200 “Operation of transport and technological machines and complexes” The employer representatives who spoke made the following proposals, which formed the basis of the workshop resolution: 1. The Department of “Organization of Transportation and Transport Management” should ensure transparency in the development of the development plan for the Main edicational program training of bachelors and masters in the direction 670300 “Technology of Transport Processes” by involving representatives of stakeholder groups, including employers, graduates, students and their parents, taking into account innovative proposals . 2. The Department of “Organization of Transportation and Transport Management” should develop a reporting mechanism, including assessment of the effectiveness of the educational program as part of quality assurance to stakeholders, employers, graduates, students and their parents. 3. Changes and improvements in the content of the program should be carried out in the context of the latest achievements of science and technology in specific disciplines in programs of all types of practices, in programs for state examinations, preparation and defense of final qualifying works for bachelors and master's theses. 4.
