Work experience:

Professional experience:

Over 15 years of scientific and pedagogical experience in the field of water supply and drainage.

From 2005 to 2015, she held the positions of junior scientific researcher, senior scientific researcher, and scientific secretary at the Scientific and Research Institute of Irrigation and Water Problems.

Since 2015, she has held various positions at the departments of the Tashkent University of Architecture and Civil Engineering, and since 2024 she has been the head of the Department of Engineering Communications.

Scientific activity:

From 2005 to 2015, she was interested in the solution of scientific and technical problems in the field of water supply and drainage, and rural settlements in a number  of research projects. In particular:

-As the main researcher of the project KXA-7-019-2015 “Development of methods for modeling the use of water for cotton irrigation in agriculture based on water-saving technologies” (2015-2017) was engaged in modeling the irrigation network for the water supply of an irrigated field in order to achieve savings in water supplied for irrigation; 

-As the main researcher in the QFA-2008 project “Determination of the patterns of hydraulic resistance, temperature regime and salinity of water during the movement of mixed flow in reservoirs” (2007-2008) was engaged in hydraulic modeling of mixed water flow in reservoirs intended for the water supply of urban and rural settlements;

 -As the main researcher in the project “Microbiological safety of drinking water in Uzbekistan and the Kyrgyz Republic” (2008-2009) funded by the NATO Regional Office for Peace, she was engaged in research on microbiological safety of drinking water using advanced laboratory equipment and practical experience of France. She completed an internship on microbiological safety of drinking water at a French university under the project.

Pedagogical skills:

From 2015 to the present, she has been engaged in teaching activities at the departments of “Engineering Communications” and “Technology of Hydraulic Engineering and Geotechnical Design” at the Tashkent University of Architecture and Civil Engineering. In particular, she is engaged in teaching such disciplines as:

 Water supply system and drainage system

 Hydrogeology and engineering geology

 Wastewater treatment

 Water treatment technology

She is a trainer – teacher in various advanced training courses and trainings on the specialization “Water supply and sewerage” using modern and innovative pedagogical methods and methodology. In particular:

-Since 2022, he has been a permanent Coach – teacher in the subject "Water supply and sewerage” for administrative officials of regional municipal administrations, in particular, deputy khakims for housing and communal services;

 -From September 21 to 28, 2023, she was a trainer of the ENGINE program for the course “Design in the field of water supply and sewerage” for specialists of engineering companies in Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan,” which was held in Tashkent.

 -From June 2 to June 6, 2024, she was a participant in the COP4WASH Central Asia program (Community of Practitioners and Researchers in the field of water supply, sanitation and hygiene in Central Asia) on the course “Research and cooperation in the field of water supply, sanitation and hygiene”, which took place in the city of Ferghana.
