Shanghai, PRC – From October 19 to 25, 2025, the 23rd Conference on International Exchange of Professionals (CIEP 2025) was held in the Chinese metropolis of Shanghai, becoming the largest international platform for discussing talent development and scientific cooperation.

The conference, held under the motto “Connecting Global Talents for Mutual Benefit”, brought together more than 5,000 participants from 150 countries around the world. The official opening ceremony took place on October 21 at the Shanghai World Expo Center.

The conference was attended by leading scientists, researchers, representatives of international organizations, universities, and research institutes from across the globe. The event served as an important platform for discussing global trends in innovation, education, academic mobility, and international scientific and technological cooperation.

The Kyrgyz Republic was represented at the conference by Academician Murat Sadyrbekovich Dzhumataev, Academician Kamchybek Chonmurunovich Kozhogulov, and Vice-Rector for International Relations Zhyrgalbek Duyshekeevich Sydykov.
