Education
In 1978, He graduated the Faculty of Power Engineering of the Frunze Polytechnic Institute (FPI) with a degree in "Electric Power Plants".
In 2002, he completed postgraduate studies at the Kyrgyz Technical University (KTU) named after I. Razzakov. In 2014, he completed doctoral studies at the Institute of Automation and Information Technologies of the National Academy of Sciences (NAS) of the Kyrgyz Republic (KR).
In 2006 He defended his candidate's dissertation on the theme: "Development of an expert system for monitoring the state of vertical hydro generators" in the specialty: 05.14.02 - "Power plants and electric power systems" at KSTU named after I. Razzakov (scientific supervisor Candidate of Technical Sciences, Professor KTU Joomart Asyrankulovich Apyshev).
In 2009, He was awarded the academic title «Associate Professor» in the specialty " Power Engineering ".
In 1986, He took a course on relay protection and automation at the Institute for Advanced Training and Retraining of Power Engineers in Leningrad (St. Petersburg).

1978 - 1980. - Installation and adjustment work during the construction of the network and system of substations 35 kV, 110 kV, 220 kV, 500 kV in the Kyrgyz SSR, also during the reconstruction of automation and instrumentation of water supply in Frunze;

1981 - 1986. - in the operation of electrical equipment, relay protection and automation, instrumentation, also in thermal tests of hydroelectric generators and transformers of Toktogul HPP;

Author (co-author) of more than 70 scientific publications, including more than 30 scientific articles and reports in periodical journals of CIS and Kyrgyzstan, 3 patents of KR for inventions, 17 rationalization proposals for the Cascade of Toktogul HPPs, 1 certificate for a software product, 38 teaching and training manuals (4 textbooks under the Ministry of Education and Science).
