Academic mobility at the university is carried out in accordance with the Regulations on the Organization of Academic Mobility of students, postgraduate students, teachers, and research staff of Kyrgyz State Technical University named after I. Razzakov.

Within the framework of the DSG Telematik project, students and teachers of the Telematics program participate in academic mobility programs, including short-term and monthly internships at Technische Hochschule Köln (TH Cologne), study visits, and participation in seminars and projects. The program provides for experience exchange, teaching and research internships, as well as the development of German language skills and international academic cooperation.

Within the framework of the current exchange agreement between National Research Mordovia State University named after N. P. Ogarev and Kyrgyz State Technical University named after I. Razzakov, inter-university academic cooperation is carried out, including academic mobility of students and teachers.

2023: 15.08.23 – 31.08.23 — 9 students and 1 teacher, Sommerschule scholarship, Cologne, Gummersbach.

2022: 01.10.22 – 31.10.22 — 5 students and 2 teachers, Technische Hochschule Köln.

2024: 25.04.24 – 27.04.24 — 2 students and 2 teachers, 9th Intellectual Olympiad “IQ of the Volga Federal District” (IQ PFD).
