Ularkan Urkunbayevna Kokoloeva, born in 1974, has a higher education, graduated from Osh State University in 1999 with a degree in Physics, qualified as a physics teacher. In 2015, she completed postgraduate studies at the I.Razzakov KSTU with a degree in Theory of Mechanisms and Machines on 02/05/18. In 2019, she defended her dissertation and was awarded the degree of Candidate of Technical Sciences. The scientific supervisor is Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor Sadieva A.E.
From September 2008 to September 2014, she worked as an engineer at the Department of Physics at the I.Razzakov KSTU. Since September 2014, he has been working as a lecturer at the Department of Food Engineering.
She gives lectures, conducts laboratory and practical classes. Performs the academic load in the following disciplines: "Heat and refrigeration engineering", "Modeling of technological processes", "Processes and devices of food production", "Introduction to technology and technology of food production".
U.U. Kokoloeva conducts all types of educational work at the proper scientific, methodological and theoretical level. As a teacher, she is constantly working to improve her theoretical and practical skills.
Constantly updates the content of the taught disciplines in accordance with new trends in the development of engineering and technology. Uses materials from the Internet and periodicals in the educational process. She developed and updated methodological guidelines, work programs of disciplines and lecture notes.
U.U. Kokoloeva is constantly engaged in scientific research work. The results of scientific research have been repeatedly reported at various international and national conferences. Annually supervises the research work of students.
U.U. Kokoloeva is the author of more than 28 publications in the form of scientific articles, has received three patents for an invention in the Kyrgyz Republic.
U.U. Kokoloeva takes an active part in the public life of the faculty and the department. He treats his duties and the assignments given to her with great responsibility, fulfilling them on time.
U.U. Kokoloeva proved herself to be a conscientious, hardworking and purposeful person who is able to independently set and solve complex scientific and technical tasks. He is an academic advisor of the Faculty of Technology of the department of "TMO". Annually participates in the organization and holding of the department's "Open Doors" day. She is correct, responsive, and attentive in her relationships with work colleagues and students. He is respected by the staff of the department.

Official duties of the Deputy Director for Scientific Work:
1. Manages the scientific activities of the Institute/higher school.
2. Participates in defining the goals and strategies of the scientific activity of the institute/higher school.
3. Carries out the planning of the scientific work of the institute / higher school, supervises the planning of research at departments, taking into account existing requirements.
4. Organizes the work of departments on consulting activities in production.
5. Develops and monitors the implementation of measures to promote and introduce scientific achievements into production.
6. Participates in summarizing and analyzing the results of the annual certification established by the relevant local regulatory act of KSTU.
7. Organizes and controls the publishing activities of the institute / higher school (including the preparation of publication plans, organization and control of their execution, accounting of scientific works of the Institute / higher school staff, etc.).
8. Organizes and oversees the work of the scientific society of students and postgraduates, a set of measures to strengthen the research training of students, and the introduction of elements of scientific research into the educational process.
9 . Organizes the work of masters in preparation for scientific conferences and meetings.
10. Supervises the work of graduate students and applicants (timely approval of research topics and plans, certification).
11. Carries out general control over the performance of contractual work of the institute / higher school.
12. Provides information to the staff of the Institute /higher school about upcoming scientific conferences and announced competitions for research funding.
13. Prepares references and information, as well as scientific work issues for consideration by the Directorate and the Academic Council of the Institute/higher School.
14. Organizes the preparation of the annual report of the institute/higher school on scientific work (and other reports on scientific work).
15. Supervises office work on scientific issues.
