International Recognition: I. Razzakov KSTU Students Recognized as Best in the CIS
On December 13, an awards ceremony honoring the best students from the Commonwealth of Independent States was held in Astana.

Aidai Sultanalieva and Eldar Omushev, students of the I. Razzakov Kyrgyz State Technical University was awarded the honorary "Best CIS Student" award.

The laureates are students of the Institute of Technology I. Razzakov KSTU is studying in the "Product Technology and Public Catering Organization" program.

Receiving this award is a significant recognition of the students' high academic achievements, their professional training, research activity, and successful participation in international educational competitions.

This achievement clearly demonstrates the high level of training at I. Razzakov KSTU, as well as the competitiveness of its graduates in the international educational arena.

We congratulate the students and wish them continued success, professional growth, and new achievements!

PRESIDENTIAL SCOLARSHIP

Aytbayeva Akylai, a student in group BT(b)-1-21, was awarded a presidential scholarship for outstanding achievements in academic, scientific, creative, and social activities for the 2024-2025 academic year. Aytbayeva A. also took first place in the KSTU startup competition and was awarded a cash prize of 30,000 soms.

 

Aybekova Adelya, a student of group SSP(b)-1-20, was awarded a presidential scholarship for outstanding achievements in academic, scientific, creative, and social activities based on the results of the 2023-2024 academic year.

INTERNSHIP AND PRACTICE

International Academic Mobility for Students in the Spring Semester of the 2025-2026 Academic Year
Second-year students from the International University of Engineering and Technology (IUET, Almaty, Kazakhstan) arrived at the I. Razzakov KSTU Institute of Technology to undertake academic mobility in the program 740100 "Technology and Production of Food Products from Plant Raw Materials" (Food Technology). The program will run from February 2, 2026, to February 8, 2026, in person, and continue from February 9, 2026, to June 5, 2026, in distance learning. The arriving students were first introduced to the main building and the structure of the institute. They met with the directorate, coordinators, and faculty of the Department of Food Science and Technology. Academic mobility includes lectures, laboratory classes, and practical training in the disciplines "General Technology of Food Production 1" and "Technical Mechanics".
