OOP Management
In recent years, the Department of Automation, Robotics, and Mechatronics has been modernizing its work in line with the demands and needs of modern automated production amid the rapid development of the industrial sector of the republic's economy. Step-by-step training of specialists—bachelors and masters—is carried out in accordance with the Bologna system of personnel training. Agreements on mutual cooperation in multi-level training of specialists are concluded with industrial enterprises and educational organizations in the country.
The educational process at the Department of Automation, Robotics and Mechatronics is organized in accordance with the basic educational programs (BEP).
EPs are developed on the basis of state educational standards for higher professional education (SES HPE), taking into account the approximate curricula recommended by the Educational and Methodological Association and approved by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic. When developing EPs, the opinions of all interested parties, primarily potential employers, are taken into account. Thematic round tables, working groups, industry councils, and other formats of interaction with the main stakeholders of the OOP are used as platforms for coordinating the OOP being developed.
Joint educational programs for double degrees are implemented with BSTU VOENMECH (St. Petersburg). A distinctive feature of the educational programs is that bachelor's and master's students study at the educational and research facilities of two universities and, upon completion of their studies and successful passing of the final state examination, are awarded a bachelor's or master's degree with diplomas from both universities.
